The Villari Firm, PLLC is looking for an attorney associate who has 3 years experience. Our firm primarily handles Medical Malpractice and Catastrophic Injury, as well as a diverse array of complex and simple Personal Injury matters. Rate of pay is commensurate with experience plus bonus. Must know how to properly type at least 80+ words per minute without looking at the keys. Send CV and salary requirements
Responsibilities Include:
– Handling Intake Calls
– Maintaining Case List/Case Management Software
– Drafting Correspondence
– Obtaining/Organizing/Maintaining Medical Records
– Drafting/Outlining Pleadings and Discovery
– Electronic Filing
– Miscellaneous Day-to-Day Firm Operation Tasks
– Medical Records Collection
-Summary of Medical Records
-The right candidate will receive Deposition and Trial experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
