We are looking for an experienced senior attorney to help our clients achieve favorable outcomes with legal matters. You will advocate for clients, advise them on the best course of action, and implement their legal support plan. You should have previous trial experience, be able to manage a heavy caseload, and use your general counsel experience and interpersonal skills to mentor our lower-level associates to ensure a continued legacy of prosperity.

Responsibilities:
Prepare for and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration hearings.
Attend court hearings on behalf of clients and argue motions.
Provide guidance and advice to associate attorneys and paralegals to resolve or prevent conflicts.
Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs.
Stay updated on changing applicable laws and statutes on the local, state, and federal levels.
Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests/responses.
Some travel required.
Qualifications:
Five years of experience as a senior associate in the legal industry.
Active member in good standing with local and state bar associations.
Able to work independently while handling multiple files.
Persuasive writing skills and verbal communication skills are critical, along with time management and interpersonal skills.
Four-year bachelor’s degree and successful completion of law school from an accredited law school.
Compensation:
$120,000 – $175,000 yearly.
