Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

About the Opportunity
Agile Connection Group is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal on behalf of a highly regarded law firm based in Tampa. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting a dynamic litigation team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in litigation support, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests/responses, motions, and correspondence
Conduct legal research to support case development and filings
Maintain case calendars and ensure compliance with litigation deadlines and court requirements
Assist with trial preparation by organizing trial, deposition, mediation, and CME binders
Handle subpoenas, ensuring timely service and accurate filing
Cite-check and proofread legal filings for accuracy and formatting
Support attorneys during depositions, hearings, and trial
Manage and maintain transcript databases and legal file organization
Assist in preparing cost bills and related administrative litigation tasks
Monitor compliance with litigation holds and document retention protocols
Communicate with attorneys, clients, and external contacts to facilitate case progress
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal support tools/software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with Florida court rules and procedures preferred

Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 annually, based on experience
