Job Overview:
As a Legal Assistant, you will provide support and assist with various tasks related to Kentucky personal injury cases.
Duties:
Client communications
Answering phones
Setting up files
Medical records/billing requests
Lien requests (Medicare/Medicaid, Anthem, etc.)
Calendaring
Scanning
Faxing
Filing
Requirements:
Previous experience working Kentucky automobile wreck cases preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity or willingness to learn legal case management software
Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Please note that all positions are paid based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 – $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
