KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead class certification efforts, ensuring compliance with Rule 23 and state class action standards.
Develop strong class-wide legal theories that withstand motions to dismiss and summary judgment.
Manage class notification, claims processing, and settlement administration.
Coordinate multi-state litigation efforts, working with co-counsel nationwide.
Prepare for high-stakes settlement negotiations and trial litigation.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
7+ years of class action litigation experience, with a focus on certification strategy.
