We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Draft, serve and/or E-File via the ePortal pleadings, motions, notices and discovery (e.g., request to produce, request for admissions, interrogatories, subpoenas and etc.).
Assist with hearings, mediations, depositions and/or trials.
Prepare hearing, mediation and trial binders.
Assist clients comply with discovery.
Prepare and update case correspondence.
Legal research.
Other administrative duties and tasks as may be needed to move the case forward.
Job Specifications:
Monday – Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (with 1-hour lunch break).
Hybrid position until further notice. You will work from home unless we have a Trial or need you to appear in person.

Job Qualifications:
This position requires over 5 years of Litigation Paralegal experience.
Be versed in the Florida Rules of Civil Procedures and Florida Rules of Judicial Administration.
Must have strong legal research skills.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Must have excellent organizational skills.
Must be punctual.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Must have strong written communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure independently and in a team like environment.
Education:
Paralegal Certificate preferred.
