You’ll join a highly regarded corporate team advising established businesses, founders, investors and private clients through every stage of the business lifecycle. From acquisitions and disposals to restructures, governance and shareholder arrangements, you’ll be involved in significant transactions from inception through to completion across a diverse range of industries.
You’ll work alongside Partners who built their careers at large national firms before choosing a boutique environment that better reflects how they want to practise law. They bring the experience, technical expertise and commercial judgement developed in large firms, together with a collaborative, approachable and down-to-earth leadership style. You’ll be trusted with genuine responsibility from day one while benefiting from close mentoring and direct access to experienced practitioners.
This role is ideally suited to a lawyer with strong experience in corporate and commercial law, particularly mergers and acquisitions and related transactional work. You’ll enjoy taking ownership of your work, thrive in a collaborative environment and be looking for a position that offers increasing responsibility and a clear pathway for long-term professional development.
