Our client is a Specialist niche Civil Litigation firm working on complex Commercial disputes. We are looking for a Senior Associate in Civil Fraud and general crime, you will work on high profile complex cases alongside experts with a wealth of experience. Core duties will include:
Leadingcasesthroughallstagesoflitigation,frominitialstrategyandpre-action advice to trial and enforcement. Buildingandmaintainingstrongrelationshipswithclients,includingmanagingclientrelationshipsandsupervisingjuniorlawyers. Drivingbusinessdevelopmentinitiativesandmanagingavariedcaseloadcoveringvariouslitigationandclaimmatters. Workingcloselywithpartners,senior leadership,andotherlegalteamstoprovideseamlessservicestoclients. Overseeinginvestigationsintofinancialcrime,including fraud,moneylaundering,andcheatingthepublicrevenue Assistingcolleaguesinremainingprotectedfromfinancialcrimerisksandembeddingeffectivefinancialcrimeriskmanagement. Contributingtotheproductionofmaterialsforquarterlyearningsprep,Investordayprep,andotherpresentations. Managingmultipletransactionsandensuringthebestqualityservicetoclients. Advisingonbothcivilandcriminalfraudinvestigationsandlitigationconductedbyregulatorybodies. We are looking for 4-6 years PQE alongside Civil Litigation experience within a demanding environment.
