What would you do?
Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- Manage the records of contracts and legal documentation on CLM platform, ensuring that they are accurately maintained.
- Handle end-to-end process for stamping of contracts and ensuring they are stamped within the prescribed timeline.
- Responsible for contract data maintenance and manage user access to CLM platform.
- Utilise the CLM platform to track and analyse key contract metrics and generate reports and dashboards to monitor contract review requests.
- Render assistance to Legal Counsels and all business users in all CLM platform related issues.
- Assist PMO with CLM platform enhancement project.
Administrative Matters
- Render executive and administrative support to Legal Division.
- Update and maintain the worklist of Legal Division.
- Prepare and coordinate any periodic reports and updates of Legal Divisions metrics and performance indicators.
- Undertake any ad hoc task as may be assigned by Head of Legal.
Operational Support
- Assist in the development and implementation of Legal Division processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate and manage intake, processing and tracking of legal requests and projects.
Budget Management
- Assist in the budgeting and tracking of expenses of Legal Division and ensuring cost efficiency.
- Review and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal processes.
