Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Associate IPR in Bangalore. Responsibilities
· Lead and manage the Bangalore branch, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to the firm’s standards.
· Develop and implement business strategies to grow the client base and enhance the branch’s market presence.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
· Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and
networking opportunities
to promote services and generate business leads.
· Develop and implement strategies for the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
· Advise clients on IP portfolio management including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. Qualifications – Strong knowledge of law and legal principles – Experience in legal document preparation –
Analytical skills
to assess legal issues –
Effective communication
skills to interact with clients and stakeholders – Business development skills, including networking and
client relationship
management.
