XB Luxembourg is partnering with a globally renowned, top-tier law firm to recruit a Senior Associate for its high-performing Corporate M&A practice in Luxembourg. This firm offers a truly international platform, advising blue-chip clients, private equity houses, and multinational corporates on some of the most complex and high-value cross-border transactions in the market.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage corporate M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and restructurings
- Advise clients on Luxembourg corporate law matters across the full transaction lifecycle
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documentation (SPAs, shareholders’ agreements, etc.)
- Coordinate due diligence processes and liaise with international counsel
- Mentor and supervise junior associates
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to business development initiatives
Candidate Profile
- Qualified lawyer with 5–8 years of experience in Corporate/M&A, ideally gained within a top-tier law firm
- Strong technical expertise in Luxembourg corporate law and cross-border transactions
- Fluent in English, with strong proficiency in French and German (both highly desirable)
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Commercially minded, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong academic background
