Roles & Responsibilities
Drafting and vetting of contracts for transactions, business takeovers, service, employment, etc.
Drafting of legal opinions for establishment of businesses in India and other countries
Opinions on regulatory frameworks and applicable rules and regulations on specific businesses
Compliance and licensing
Handle team of interns, associates and paralegal
Assist the cross functional teams in growth strategies
Counsel clients and render legal advice on the subject matters
Draft and prepare content for articles, blogs, research articles and research papers
Qualifications and Experience
Graduate/ Postgraduate/ Doctorate Degree in Law from any recognised institution in India
Experience of atleast 5 years post eligible qualification
Knowledge of research tools such as SCC, Manupatra, AIR, etc.
Excellent legal research, writing and organizational skills
Ability to identify statutes and regulations applicable to the given legal issue
