A highly regarded boutique family law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Family Law Associate to join its close-knit, values-driven team.

The Role
Working predominantly from home, you will manage your own caseload of family law matters while enjoying the support of an experienced and collaborative team.
Your work will include:
- Divorce and separation matters
- Parenting disputes
- Property settlements
- Spousal and de facto maintenance
- Financial agreements
- Court appearances, mediations and dispute resolution conferences
- Drafting court documents, affidavits, agreements and correspondence
- Providing strategic, empathetic advice to clients
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 3+ years' post-admission experience in Family Law
- Proven ability to manage family law files independently
- Strong advocacy, negotiation and drafting skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and written communication skills
- A client-first mindset with high emotional intelligence
- A professional, compassionate and ethical approach to practice
- Open and honest communication style
