We are currently partnering with a well-established regional law firm in Abu Dhabi that is looking to hire a Senior Associate (Corporate) to join its growing Corporate & Commercial practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer to work on a broad range of high-profile matters across the UAE and wider region, advising both regional and international clients.
Key areas of focus include:
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
- Joint Ventures and Strategic Investments
- Corporate Structuring and Governance
- Regulatory Advisory (including DIFC and ADGM matters)
- Drafting and Negotiating Transactional Documentation
Requirements:
- 5+ years' PQE in Corporate Law
- Strong M&A and Joint Venture experience
- Experience advising on corporate structuring and governance matters
- Good understanding of UAE regulatory frameworks, including DIFC and ADGM
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential
