Aquis Search is partnering with a well-established UAE law firm that advises multinational and regional clients on cross-border transactions and commercial matters.
Our client is looking to recruit a Senior Associate within their Dubai office.
The Role
The role will focus on corporate transactions, commercial contracts, governance, employment, and real estate matters across UAE mainland and free zones. The successful candidate will lead complex matters, manage client relationships, and mentor junior lawyers.
Requirements
- 6+ years’ UAE experience in private practice
- Strong corporate/commercial background
- Experience across UAE mainland and free zones
- E&W or European qualification preferred
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills
