Innovative Driven is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney with at least seven years of exceptional experience handling complex commercial litigation to join the team at one of our most well-respected law firm clients. The firm is widely known for its ability to efficiently conduct complex litigation, and they are proud to be the law firm of choice for many of New York City’s premier real estate owners and developers!
The firm has strong overall roots in real estate, and it is eager to find an experienced litigator to grow its commercial litigation team. The team regularly handles complex business disputes including business torts, contract disputes, commercial real estate and leasing litigation matters, as well as appeals and arbitration.
This is a hybrid (4 days onsite/1 day remote) position in NYC, and they require seven hours of billable time a day.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This senior associate will handle all matters including drafting pleadings, substantive motions, conducting settlement conferences, arguing varied motions, conducting depositions, engaging in pre-trial conferences, conducting trials, and being comfortable in making frequent court appearances.
- Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, mediations, and other litigation proceedings
- Lead commercial litigation matters through all phases of litigation
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of experience in Commercial Litigation
- Active New York Bar

Pay: $180,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
