Jacksonville office of a highly regarded Atlanta-based law firm has an immediate need for a Senior Associate or Of Counsel Attorney to join their thriving Employee Benefits/Executive Compensation Practice Group.
The ideal candidate will be licensed in Florida and possess a minimum of five years of experience advising clients on the implementation and administration of qualified plans, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, equity and equity-based plans for corporate and non-corporate entities, and health and welfare matters.
