Rosasco Law Group APC is a boutique defense law firm in Rocklin, California. We practice labor & employment law on behalf of employers with a particular emphasis on the agricultural industry. We handle class actions, PAGA cases, wage and hour matters, administrative cases, and cases involving discrimination, retaliation, and harassment. We are conveniently located off Highway 65 & Blue Oaks Blvd.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate Attorney. The Senior Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, practicing labor and employment law, and engaging in negotiation. Day-to-day tasks will include representing clients in legal proceedings, preparing legal documents, and advising clients on wage and hour compliance.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Employment Law
Experience in providing Legal Advice and engaging in Negotiation
Experience in depositions, hearings, arbitration
Trial experience a plus but not required to apply
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Member of the California Bar in good standing
Previous experience in a similar role or legal practice area is advantageous
Salary Range: $160,000-$250,000
