Consultancy Model – All lawyers are self-employed under a consultancy agreement
Attractive Fee Share – 70–80% of billed revenue returned to the lawyer

Who They Are Looking For
We are keen to speak with established legal professionals who are:
Partner-level or senior lawyers with at least 6–7 years PQE (ideally 10+ years PQE)
Capable of bringing an existing client base or established practice / team
Entrepreneurial and confident in their ability to generate and manage their own work
Interested in a non-traditional legal career path with greater autonomy and higher earnings
Experienced in building and/or growing a practice
Ex-Magic Circle or Big Law experience is welcomed
Open to working in a revenue-sharing environment
