Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate at Linardakis & Partners Law Firm in the Athens Metropolitan Area. The Senior Associate will be responsible for managing and overseeing legal matters, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, providing legal advice, and representing clients in court proceedings. They will work closely with partners and clients to ensure effective legal solutions and strategies
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of active legal experience
- Courtroom Experience and Litigation skills
- Legal Research, Drafting Legal Documents, and Legal Advice skills
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Knowledge of Greek legal system and regulations
- Experience in corporate law, M&A and commercial transactions
- Law degree and postgraduate degree from an accredited institution
- Fluency in English and Greek languages
