Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for safeguarding brand integrity? Walmart’s Seller Compliance Team is on the hunt for a dynamic Senior Analyst, Global Marketplace and eCommerce Compliance, Brand Portal. In this pivotal role, you’ll orchestrate the seamless operation of the Brand Portal, showcasing Walmart’s unwavering commitment to brand protection. Wielding your expertise, you’ll implement meticulous monitoring standards that uphold the sanctity of Walmart’s brand protection tools, ensuring they remain a formidable fortress against any potential threats.
The primary focus of this role is to identify feature and technical gaps in the Brand Portal and support efforts to improve Brand Portal functionality. The Senior Analyst will be tasked with handling escalations from internal stakeholders and external parties. In addition, they will be responsible for communicating and coordinating process changes to risk operations team and other relevant stakeholders.
The position will report to Senior Manager, BrandCompliance and will partner with the Legal, Data Analytics, Risk Operations, Product and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Implement monitoring standards to mitigate compliance risks associated with IP tools
Track and ensure quick resolution of technical issues
Support partnerships with brand owners and third-party sellers in the US and globally
Provide accurate reporting for leadership and use data visualization techniques to showcase Brand Portal impact
Identify process gaps/ trends and provide actionable insights to improve Brand Portal integrity and user experience
Work cross functionally with IP team, risk operations team, legal, product and engineering to address pain points faced by rights owners
Support efforts to improve proactive monitoring tools by providing recommendations based on rights owner feedback
Minimum Qualifications:
2 years of relevant experience in the e-commerce industry
1 year of relevant experience in intellectual property, risk management, policy enforcement, brand protection or legal operations
Excellent communication and organization skills
Ability to provide actionable data insights from Brand Portal metrics and implement compliance controls in Brand Portal
Knowledge in intellectual property and common concerns shared by rights owners
Preferred Qualifications:
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Tableau, Data visualization skills

Salary commensurate to experience and specialization, compensation is negotiable.
