Senior Analyst, Risk Advisory, Production eDiscovery Specialist Jobs in Washington, DC at Ankura
Estate Litigation paralegal to support attorneys at busy Estate Litigation Firm located in Huntington, New York. The candidate should have strong writing, communication, organization and interpersonal skills, experience handling complex matters and the ability to prioritize and balance a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate has experience in managing his/her own caseload; i.e. create, track and maintain files; monitor calendars and meeting deadlines; document actions; input information into database and case management software.
Responsibilities include the preparation of correspondence, pleadings, discovery demands/responses and drafting of motions, factual research and investigation, and maintaining strong communications with clients, experts, witnesses, etc. Experience with Word Perfect or Microsoft Word is required, along with familiarity with legal software programs. Trust, Estate Litigation and Surrogate’s Court experience is required. Salary is commensurate with experience.
Position is on-site only.
