Drive global data protection as Benevity’s Senior Analyst in Privacy Compliance. Ensure compliance with GDPR and CPRA while enhancing the data protection program.
As a crucial part of Benevity, you will spearhead our privacy compliance initiatives. This senior role requires a strong focus on developing effective privacy policies, managing Data Subject Access Requests, and maintaining crucial compliance documentation. Collaboration with various teams will be key to embedding privacy requirements into product development and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain comprehensive Records of Processing Activities
• Develop and ensure approval of privacy policies
• Manage Data Subject Access Requests workflows
• Collaborate with Legal on regulatory agreements
• Monitor evolving privacy regulations impacting operations
Requirements:
• 5+ years in privacy compliance or related fields
• Deep understanding of GDPR, CPRA, and PIPEDA
• Proven experience with DSAR management and DPIAs
• Expertise in GRC tools like One Trust
• Excellent communication skills in regulatory settings
