Job Responsibilities
 Contribute to the planning and organizing of the work for junior team members to support timely achievement of unit objectives in line with quality standards.
 Provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback to assigned teams to support their overall development.
 Promote the organization’s values and ethics in all activities within the team to support the establishment of a value drive culture within the organization. Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures.
 Provide input and implement policies, systems, and procedures for the assigned team so that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled. Disclosure and Compliance Operations.
 Lead listings’ integrity at by verifying the compliance of listed companies with IFRS.
 Support the execution of suspension activities in case listed company is found to be non-compliant rules and regulations.
 Assume interventions to enhance investor satisfaction with disclosure and governance quality delivered.
 Work closely with Regulatory and Compliance departments to ensure adherence to applicable laws and legislation.
 Support and lead the interaction with listed companies during the process of requesting documentation required for the verification of financial compliance.
 Support and deliver the execution of suspension activities where listed companies are found to be non-compliant.
 Monitor and support all matters related to extensible business reporting language XBRL.
 Ensure timely processing of financial statements of listed companies.
