Nason Yeager is a multi-service law firm founded in 1960, offering a broad range of legal services. Our Palm Beach Gardens office is currently seeking a Senior Accountant.
Candidates must be able to assist with accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance while serving as a backup for payroll processing. The ideal candidate brings legal industry experience, strong accounting expertise, and deep proficiency in Aderant Expert. The candidate will work closely with and report to the Finance Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- 5+ years of experience in the legal industry, preferably within a mid-sized or large law firm.
- 5+ years of accounting and/or finance experience, with progressively increasing responsibility.
- Strong proficiency in Aderant Expert or similar legal accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and law firm accounting practices.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Experience supporting payroll operations and acting as a payroll backup.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
This is a full-time, onsite position at our Palm Beach Gardens office, with a competitive benefits package and salary commensurate with experience.
