Responsibilities include primarily representing the County in Family Court for JD and PINS matters, handling litigation in State and Federal Court, contract drafting and negotiations, and advising various County departments. This is a full-time position. The applicant must be an admitted attorney.

This position plays a key executive management role, reporting to the County Executive. Responsibilities include providing leadership in the strategic planning, development, acquisition, implementation, and operational initiative in all areas of information and communication technologies. Supervision is exercised over all systems information staff.
