Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a self‑motivated individual to join Barnet Education and Learning Service (BELS) and will be based within the Business Support and Communications Team. Working days are from Monday to Friday every week.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records and work independently on tasks.
- Handle confidential and sensitive personal information in a secure manner.
- Make regular contact with parents and other external parties.
- Support SEN caseworkers in managing and delivering quality SEN services within statutory timescales.
- Gather information, pay careful attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Basic office experience and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Proven competence in the use of standard Microsoft Office products.
- Knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- Self‑motivated and confident in handling confidential/sensitive data.
