Our office has created a new position. Busy firm requires an office assistant/paralegal. You don’t have to have a paralegal degree to do this job, but you will get preference. This job is great if you have fantastic phone skills and if you can talk to anyone!
You will:
*answer phones
*fax electronically
*note client files
*assist clients in completing paperwork
*handle multiple calendars
*schedule appointments
*answer emails and draft emails
*file
*type
We work Monday through Thursday 9-5:30 and Friday 9-5. No weekends or overtime. Must be able to start immediately.
There will be a raise after 90 days. If you have best case or bankruptcy experience, starting pay will be higher. Also, if you speak Spanish, we appreciate your talents and your starting wage will be higher.

Pay: From $32,500.00 per year
