Key Responsibilities:

• Support lawyers on transactions involving name changes and public offerings

• Manage electronic securities filings with precision

• Research securities issues and develop necessary documentation

• File routine securities documents and manage compliance tasks

• Execute corporate documentation relating to transactions

Requirements:

• Five years of experience in legal administration specializing in securities

• Certificate from an accredited Paralegal or equivalent program

• Strong verbal and written skills with attention to detail

• Proven project management capabilities and multitasking skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and document comparison systems
