Job description:
Our Client, one of the largest law firms in the world, is seeking a securities lawyer with 6+ years of experience managing structured securities offerings for their Investment Funds Group.
Specifically, our Client is looking for candidates with strong experience with commercial real estate law, focusing primarily on real estate finance, acquisitions, and dispositions. The candidate will represent various public and private real estate companies, REITs, and institutional and financial investors in connection with a broad array of transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, complex financings, and development of commercial real estate.
Interested candidates should have strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Education
JD
Bar Admission
Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying
Experience
Minimum 6 years of experience managing structured securities offerings.
Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm experience preferred.

The firm’s expected hiring range for this position is $310,000 – $550,000 per year depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
