Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage regulatory and jurisdictional filings
• Support all aspects of securities registrations
• Track and monitor compliance deadlines
• Draft corporate resolutions, notices, and agreements
• Assist with project-based tasks in the team
Requirements:
• 3+ years as a regulatory law clerk or paralegal
• Knowledge of Canadian corporate law
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a demanding environment
• Good judgment in managing confidential matters
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
