This role requires a solid foundation in commercial real estate law, particularly focusing on finance, acquisitions, and dispositions. The successful candidate will thrive in a supportive and collaborative environment, contributing significantly to a range of legal projects.
Represent a variety of public and private real estate clients, including REITs and institutional investors, in numerous transactions.
Manage the complexities of acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and sophisticated financing arrangements within commercial real estate.
Provide thorough legal counsel to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Draft, review, and analyze critical legal documents related to real estate transactions.
Deliver strategic insights based on strong business judgment and extensive legal knowledge.
Effectively oversee multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and organizational proficiency.
Must be licensed to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
A minimum of six years of experience managing structured securities offerings.
Educati
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active attorney license in the jurisdiction of practice.
Strong analytical and writing capabilities.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
