Job Overview
Must be licensed in California. We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-7 years of experience to join our litigation team. This is a remote position offering excellent opportunity for professional growth and personal development within a supportive environment. Must be able to make mandatory court appearances in person, if required. The firm will pay for any such expense. Salary is dependent on experience and negotiated monthly billable requirement (110-140).
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements.
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations in various matters.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.
Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and projects.
Manage case files and maintain organized documentation.
Assist in the development of case strategies and provide input on legal matters.
Skills
Strong knowledge of civil litigation practice and procedure is preferred.
Prefers a remote work position (required).
Proficient in legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal issues.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $105,000.00 – $155,000.00 per year
