We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist/Legal Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Maintain organized office files and records.
Provide customer support by addressing client needs and directing them to the appropriate departments.
Assist with office management tasks, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Assist the staff with routine legal and clerical duties.
Provide support for paralegal staff.
Requirements
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Previous experience in a legal support role preferred.
Proficient in data entry and office management software.
Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) required.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
