Position: Scheduling Paralegal — Personal Injury (High-Volume)
Witherite Law Group is seeking a Scheduling Paralegal to support a high-volume personal injury practice in Dallas. You will manage a caseload of 75–100 cases, coordinate hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings, and keep accurate case notes in Filevine while monitoring attorney calendars.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe, and Filevine, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with overtime as needed.
