â–ª Prepare all required Saudization reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to be in line with Client requirements.
â–ª Saudization representative for Offshore & Contracting services (Aramco Project)
â–ª Preparing monthly Saudization reports / Daily roster Report / Quarterly training report
â–ª Maintaining the required Saudization percentage in projects Organizing training sessions or trainings for employees ensuring they are fully equipped to be able to perform their duties.
â–ª Preparing annual training calendar
â–ª Arranging training sessions with all new hires and refresher workshops for existing employees.
â–ª Act as the key point of contact for Saudization requirements.
â–ª Coordinate with Subcontractors in relation to their Saudization requirements, ensuring that all contractual requirements are met.
â–ª Provide guidance to supervisors and line managers for the performance management of Saudi employees.
â–ª Ensure administrative and contractual management, planning, scheduling and all HR requirements for local and seconded personnel (expatriates and inpatriates) according to the law.
â–ª Plan, supervise, calculate and control labor cost and propose any corrective actions necessary as resulting from the analysis
â–ª Ensure consistent application of the HR methodology system
â–ª Ensure personnel management and administration activities, including drafting of the employment contract.
â–ª Ensure the fulfilment individual contract obligations
â–ª Ensure monthly salary calculations
â–ª Carry out fiscal and social security obligations
â–ª Ensure the availability of the appropriate files for the accounting of personnel costs
â–ª Ensure the management/recording of attendances/absences of personnel (overtime, sickness, holidays etc.)
â–ª Ensure the management of shift work
â–ª Ensure the fulfilment of all obligations required for out-of-office assignments business trips (in the home country and abroad)
â–ª Ensure the correct reporting and accounting of assignment costs
â–ª Support and assist resources and department managers in the correct management of workplace conditions relations (working hours, trade union and contract rights, pay, etc.)
â–ª Ensure the fulfilment of all management and administration obligations preparatory to the expatriation and inpatriation of personnel, including the fulfilment of immigration obligations (work permits, visas etc.).
â–ª Ensure the uploading of information to company IT systems and guarantee the correctness and availability of data regarding resources
â–ª Process the standard hourly rates for personnel
â–ª Elaborate the personnel hourly standard rates
â–ª Provide labor cost estimations for bids and other company activities when required
â–ª Process and analyses the actual, forecast and balance sheet labor cost
â–ª Provide HR reporting
â–ª Ensure the fulfilment of all obligations and disclosures required by law with external bodies, as well as relations with the latter, including in the event of inspections on work-related issues
â–ª Ensure consistent application of guidelines, policies and procedures related to human resources
â–ª Optimize the distribution of human resources, according to business development (HR Planning and Scheduling
