Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role located in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, engaging new and existing clients, and driving sales to meet targets. Key responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, providing training on services where necessary, and creating tailored solutions to meet client needs. The role also involves collaborating with team members to develop and execute sales strategies while ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and address their needs.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, meet targets, and oversee client accounts effectively.
- Experience in Training to support clients in understanding services and value propositions.
- Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to client requirements, and maintain professionalism.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with immigration or international education services is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic or French are a significant advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
