Boutique Family Law Litigation Firm located in ORLANDO is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented 4+ YEAR FLORIDA FAMILY LAW PARALEGAL to join its team…REMOTELY!
MUST have 4+ years of experience with all phases of FLORIDA Family Law cases from intake through settlement/trial. Firm does not want to train inexperienced candidates so we will only consider those with experience.
SHOULD BE FAMILIAR WITH SOME OR ALL OF THESE ISSUES UNDER FLORIDA LAW:
Divorce
Alimony
Child Custody and Timesharing
Child Support / Custody
Family Law Mediation
Marital Asset Division
Post Dissolution Modifications
Paternity
Prenuptial Agreements
JOB DUTIES: open files, intake phone screens, obtaining documents and financial information from clients, communicating with the clients on phone and in-person, correspondence, calendar management, e-filing, drafting pleadings and motions, issuing and answering written discovery, and helping attorneys prep for various case matters, including court hearings, mediation and trial.
COMPETITIVE BASE SALARY + BENEFITS + 100% REMOTE!

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
