Lead Intake Specialist — Emery Reddy, PLLC

Location: Seattle, WA

Full-Time, In-Office Position

Salary: $45,000 – $85,000 Annually, DOE

Emery | Reddy, PLLC is a boutique law firm specializing in plaintiff litigation, with a focus on employment law. We are seeking a Lead Intake Specialist to manage the intake process for potential new clients, ensuring that initial screenings are conducted efficiently, and that all relevant information is gathered for case evaluation. This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, dependability, attention to detail, organizational skills, and a desire to grow within the legal field.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide the intake team to ensure a smooth, efficient process for handling incoming client inquiries.
Manage CRM pipeline to ensure matters are organized, timelines are followed, deadlines are met, and tasks are delegated.
Conduct thorough interviews with prospective new clients to assess the validity of their potential cases.
Communicate with the legal team, effectively coordinating and directing calls.
Assign matters to the appropriate legal team member and ensure all necessary information is provided for follow-up.
Provide ongoing training and guidance to new and current Intake Specialists.
Track and report on intake statistics weekly —conversion rates, client outcomes, performance, and areas of improvement—to the Marketing Manager.
Assist with miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Qualifications Include:

Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
3-5 years of customer service or intake experience (experience in legal intake or employment law is preferred)
Leadership experience with the ability to manage a team and make critical decisions
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Excel
