Description
**This position is a contract position with the possibility to go perm. Therefore: (1) Candidates must be eligible to permanently work in the US; (2) At minimum, a high school diploma or GED equivalent is required for candidates seeking placement in this position**
- Responsible for performing tasks associated with understanding and interpreting easements and the diverse provisions that are in newer easements
- Ability to review and interpret alignment sheets, surveys, and plats
- Has database experience
- Has some title experience (at a minimum, the individual must have a basic understanding of title)
- Has some experience with GIS (Google Earth, ArcGIS, etc.)
- Must have attention to detail
- Must be able to work independently or with a team
- MUST have midstream / gathering system experience
