REVOCATION HEARING JUDGE Jobs in North Little Rock, AR at State of Arkansas
Seeking Texas-licensed attorneys with three to five years of experience for associate attorney positions in Ramon Worthington Nicolas & Cantu, PLLC’s Austin area (Bee Cave/Hill Country Galleria) office.
Associates will join the litigation team defending first-party insurance cases, complex commercial, personal injury and professional liability (legal malpractice and grievance) matters.
Work includes day-to-day responsibility for a manageable caseload, including written discovery, pleadings, motions, fact investigation, depositions, trial preparations and client reporting. The firm actively encourages associate attorneys to:
take and defend depositions
prepare witnesses
argue motions at hearings
communicate directly with clients
when possible, join trial teams.
Attention to detail and excellent research and writing skills are required. The position is full-time, in person, beginning as soon as possible.
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience and includes salary plus production and possible discretionary bonuses, and the firm offers comprehensive benefits including medical and 401k.
