Responsibilities
Review and analyze legal documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Draft and revise legal documents as needed.
Conduct legal research and analysis as required.
Assist with client intake and onboarding processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Assist with other legal and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in the State of Washington (preferred).
Strong understanding of contract law principles.
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with immigration law (preferred, but not required).
Bilingual in Spanish (preferred, but not required).
