The Role
As a Daytime Restaurant Server, you are the face of the hotel’s “first chapters.” You ensure that every guest—whether they are staying with us or just stopping in—starts their day with high-quality service and a warm Adirondack welcome.
- The Daytime Lead: Welcome guests with a bright, professional energy that sets a positive tone for their day, regardless of when they join us.
- The Efficiency Expert: Excel in the transition from a steady breakfast to a fast-moving lunch environment where timing is critical for guests on a schedule.
- The Experience Guide: Build excitement for our morning and midday offerings while proactively mentioning our Spa services, retail shop, or evening dinner features for guests planning the rest of their day.
- The Team Catalyst: Work in lockstep with our kitchen and bar teams to ensure the daytime “rhythm of the house” is seamless and organized.
- The Local Authority: Act as a resource for guests planning their afternoon activities, suggesting local sights and hotel amenities to enhance their Adirondack stay.
What You Bring
