Job Summary: Restaurant Manager
- Greeting & conversing with guests
- Overseeing staff departments and their duties
- Stepping in to assist, where and when needed
- Collecting checkouts nightly from staff, balancing drawers and nightly drop
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management or bar management with supervising responsibilities.
- Familiarity with POS & cash handling expertise required.
- Excellent communication skills for managing teams, interviewing candidates, and engaging with guests.
- Ability to manage inventory control
- Experience in casual dining or fine dining settings is preferred
- Leadership qualities with a focus on team training & development, staff motivation, and operational excellence.
Job Summary: Bar Manager
We are on the lookout for an energetic and detail-oriented Restaurant/Bar Manager to lead our team in providing top-notch hospitality. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining high standards across food and beverage service. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, experienced in restaurant management, and ready to motivate a dynamic team to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant and bar operations, including staff scheduling, shift management, and ensuring smooth service flow.
- Handle Toast POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting.
- Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation
- Train staff on proper use of POS systems & mixology
- Conduct regular staff meetings to promote teamwork, set expectations, and foster a positive work environment.
- Create new drink features
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management or bar management with supervising responsibilities.
