We are interviewing to fill the position of Restaurant General Manager.
We are looking for folks who have a solid background in the Fast Casual or Full Service Casual Dining Restaurant segment to help us continue our restaurant growth in 2026.
We are seeking customer service driven restaurant professionals to fill our Restaurant General Manager position in our Champaign, Illinois area location! Bring your restaurant management talent to our team, in a fast-casual restaurant known for its fresh, made-from-scratch menu and welcoming atmosphere. We make everything in-house, and you can taste the difference. It’s fast-casual, but with a real focus on quality and hospitality

Restaurant Manager candidates must have the following background:
- A desire for an upwardly mobile restaurant management career
- Must have experience as a salaried Restaurant General Manager
- Must have understanding of restaurant cost financial control
- Must have and be able to demonstrate planning and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and team building skills are essential
- No “sideline” coaches need respond…only those who know how to lead a restaurant from a quarterback position need respond

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
