JOB DESCRIPTION
Sokolof Remtulla, PLLC is a national real estate / creditor’s rights law firm with offices in Florida (Orlando, Lake Worth), Georgia (Atlanta), and California (Irvine). Our rapidly expanding firm is looking for an attorney with 2 to 10 years’ experience barred in Florida. We offer mentorship and training in several different areas of law. JOB DUTIES:
The ideal candidate has at least 3 year’s experience handling bankruptcy. The attorney will be responsible for managing a case load, appearing at hearings, developing relationships with office staff and clients, communication via telephone and email, data entry into the firm’s case management system, document drafting, e-filing, etc.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
– Must be licensed to practice law in Florida and be in “good standing.”
– Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with Perfect Practice, Case Aware, LoanSphere, Tempo, Serengeti or similar case management systems is welcomed, but not required.
– Ability to think and act independently.
– Prior experience in real estate, estate planning, probate, creditor’s rights or civil litigation is welcomed, but not required.
