This multi-office leading Midlands firm has a new opportunity for a residential conveyancer to join their busy department.
You will have a minimum of 3 years experience and be responsible for your own caseload including:
- Freehold sales and purchases
- Leasehold sales and purchases
- New build property purchases
- Part exchanges
- Probate conveyancing
- Re-mortgaged
- Shared ownership / shared equity sales and purchase
- Transfers of equity
- Voluntary First Registrations

You will be highly self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision.
