benefits Iconic Resourcing are excited to present an opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor/Senior Solicitor who can be based either in Edinburgh or Glasgow. Our client, a prominent Scottish law firm are looking to further strengthen the Residential Conveyancing team with the appointment of an experienced Solicitor/Senior Solicitor.
You’ll be responsible for:
Providing full support to a busy residential conveyancing team. Maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients and referrers while identifying new business development opportunities. Maintaining regular client contact and ensuring a high standard of client service. Drafting and revising legal documentation. Examining title deeds. Handling all aspects of the conveyancing process, including purchases, sales, remortgages, transfers of title, and discharges. Supporting junior team members where required.
Required Knowledge and
Experience:
Scottish Qualified Solicitor with
proven track record
in residential conveyancing Ability to build relationships and seek out new business opportunities Ideal Candidate Traits:
Self-starter with a proactive attitude Strong written and verbal
communication skills
Highly motivated and driven
