Salary: £60,000 – £70,000
My client, a leading Legal 500 law firm are hiring in their prestigious London Liverpool Street office. They are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer, or Licensed Conveyancer to become a key part of their dynamic and highly regarded property team.
The Role
You will handle a broad range of residential property transactions, including:
✅ Sales & purchases (freehold and leasehold)
✅ Remortgages & transfers of equity
✅ New build & shared ownership
✅ Lease extensions & enfranchisement
You will work closely with high-net-worth clients, developers, and lenders, delivering exceptional service and commercially sound advice.
What They Looking For
✔ A qualified Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer, or Licensed Conveyancer
✔ Strong technical knowledge and experience managing a high-volume caseload
✔ Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
✔ A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
✔ Experience withcase management systems and modern conveyancing processes
