TSR Legal have been instructed on two excellent opportunities by a respected conveyancing firm in Bristol who are looking to bring on board experienced residential conveyancers on a fully remote basis.

Headquarted in Bristol with conveyancers working across the region, the firm have an outstanding approach to client care, with fee earners having full case ownership from instruction to completion. The firm employ several highly experienced and a team of marketing Bristol and have gone from strength to strength over the years with no signs of slowing down.

The role
Responsible for handling your own caseload of residential sales and purchases, to include both freehold and leasehold
Preparing SDLT forms and preparing other transactions
Providing an excellent level of client care at all times
Liaising with clients and third parties
Supporting other members of the team
The ideal candidates
(Role 1 )conveyancer 1-2year experience handling your own caseload
( Role
2) Conveyancer 2-4year or more experience running own caseload – must have excellent communicational skills and
attention to detail
